You used just tap your credit card and it worked. It’s a freezing cold winter morning and the screen now says download the petro app. So I’m freezing, downloading some stupid app and setting up an account. That doesn’t work. Go inside the lady says I need this app. Download this app , set up account, add credit card, add funds, activate charger. Charger is broken. Switch the other one and do it all again. Why?!?!?!!!!! I don’t need an app to get gas!!!!! ENOUGH WITH THIS GARBAGE!

Updated from previous comment. This is a 350kw charge station. My car is a lower range EV. Charges at 50kw max. Right now, charging at 5kw. Yes, you read that correctly. 5kw.... Low Level 2 charging speed. Can't say how your fast charging EVs will do but this is unacceptable, regardless.

There are two paired CSS/Chademo chargers. Designated 1 & 2. The left unit (1) CSS doesn't work and hasn't for awhile but the Chademo DOES work (a friend charged his Leaf on it last week) The right unit (2) CSS works. I'm assuming the Chademo does as well but I can't confirm.

Unfortunately I stood outside in a snow storm trying to get the chargers to work with the ChargePoint app as both chargers have ChargePoint labels on them, not charge Hub.??? Both units have broken card readers also.
