Here is what you get when you sale kWh by hrs! All clients get different volumes of kWh Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV : 3 kWh Toyota PHEV : 6 kWh , et Full electric: de 6.5 kWh à 7.2 kWh (station max) ! This is unacceptable, sale kWh by kWh not hrs ! Is this even legal ?

So many issues with this charger. Connector won't unlock using this app. Credit card authentication won't work ('network error'). Says both ports free when one is in use.

Charged ok. Only 2 chargers are available to public. The other two are in underground parking where a permit is required.

I tried to use the chargers at the front of City Hall and they wouldn't work for me. Said something like charger is not available during off hours. It was a Friday night.
