Chatham-Kent ON City Hall EV Charging Stations

Not working

Charger will not activate by either smartphone (no error message) no credit card (no networking) on continuously rain days. This situation has been going on for years at this location. Charge is now $2/hr when working.

Here is what you get when you sale kWh by hrs! All clients get different volumes of kWh Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV : 3 kWh Toyota PHEV : 6 kWh , et Full electric: de 6.5 kWh à 7.2 kWh (station max) ! This is unacceptable, sale kWh by kWh not hrs ! Is this even legal ?

So many issues with this charger. Connector won't unlock using this app. Credit card authentication won't work ('network error'). Says both ports free when one is in use.

Charged ok. Only 2 chargers are available to public. The other two are in underground parking where a permit is required.
