What an absolute dogsh*t of a charging station this is, the cables don’t extend to fit everyone and when you finally get your car positioned to charge…. 5 tries later you give up. Oh! I Stopped the charge on the app for it to crash over 5 tries and have the company charge you $50 because you can’t stop the charge because the app and the charger is just shiiieet.… don’t bother and just move on.

Ivy-1048 provided over 90KwH charging with no issues. However, the charging cable is not very long, and I had to reposition my car to plug in.

Ivy-0147 multiple failures after several attempts, took four or five tries to get my charge up to 70%... seems to be a common issue with this location..

0147 is broken and 0138 is defective. Only charges for a few moments

IVY-0148 charges for 2-3 minutes and then fails for the CCS. IVY-0147 is unavailable for CCS. I called IVY and you cannot access the call centre when you select 1 for English

Why it stops during charging process.Its very annoying to continue charging but had to many times attempt.

I had a negative experience.

0147 CCS failed on 4 tries with isolation timeout error.

Station 0148 topped out at 66kw.

0148 and 0147, the cable length is not enough for Mustang Mach E. At the end I had to use 50KW. Also the charger so stiff that it was impossible to put in the socket.
