When trying to use it asks to set up with swtch, however when I contacted swtch they advised swtch no longer supports this autel charging station. When I contacted Autel they advise the building will need to set up with some company for the public to use. Very disappointed as I just purchased a plug in hybrid. This station is behind 2 large City of Belleville parking lots that do not have plug ins for EV's. There is nothing else close by to use. Please fix. Thank you.
