The place is close to plazas and coffee shops (less than 600m walking). However, all the parking spots on the area where are located the four chargers, have a "Reserved" sign, then is confusing and looks like only persons with permit can park there.

Very wide spaces, suitable for handicapped van parking as well. The world needs more hanicapped accessible charging spaces.
