2026-05-16 #5225 has worked well for me today. I used once before heading into the city and again on my way home.

Don't use these chargers. Charged at 12 Kw max, and then tried to disconnect. Had to call the help line and talked to an AI that was useless. finally got hold of a human that was able to shut the charger off. Billed $15 for 4Kw of charge (3% on my Ariya) . This whole episode took 45 minutes to resolve.

Claims level 3 charging, only charging at 17KW, will not allow you to stop charging and charged about 2% over the course of 15 minutes if charging.

Working well, but only pumping out 13.5kw. My home charger does 9kw.

Charged successfully.

NEW LEVEL 2 CHARGER HAS BEEN INSTALLED/ONLY ONE PLUG. ORIGINAL LEVEL 2/3 STATION OUT OF SERVICE. DEC. 9, 2024-LEVEL 2 CHARGE OK 6kW/30A.

The level 3 charger is not working. The level 2 is.

This station is defective.
