This charging station has not been working for many months now and it doesn't appear that the mall has any interest in getting it fixed.

While I was charging the car, after Mall's working hours, a security guard asked me to leave as soon as possible, because it is Private Property. Even with a sign saying "RESERVED PARKING - ELECTRIC VEHICLES ONLY" and the parking lot being open to the public.
