Hi bouncingbrandon, thank you for reporting the issue. It seems in fact the station status we had was offline at that moment which prevented the station from being activated from your ChargeHub Passport. We are investigating the issue to see how we can prevent this from happening.

There was a tour bus parked a bit too close but still room to accommodate my car for charging. Good charge levels up to 80%. Curious patrons stopped to ask questions about our EV. A pleasant charging experience!
