I've tried to use this charging station on 2 separate occasions recently and there was a gas-powered car parked right in front of the charge station. on one occasion, there were 2 gas cars blocking BOTH charge ports. I find this VERY frustrating. these stalls should be reserved and towing needs to be an option - we need to have somewhere to call to get these people towed or at least give them a ticket.

I was there couple of days ago. only one charger was working, the other didn't. called charge point and they said the whole station wasn't registered.
