Was at 15% and not working, went to level 2 and charged to 22%, retried and it still did not work.

Unit still not working. Luckily there was a level 3 charger across the street at the GM dealership.

Could not get charger to work. Went across the road to the Chev dealership and used that one, which worked perfectly.
