Works well. Is outside Memorial Park, not the Municipal Parking Lot - as the picture shows. I've uploaded a new pic of the location.

Temporarily Closed: With the construction of Esquimalt Town Square set to begin, the electric vehicle charging station located at Municipal Hall will be closed starting March 6, 2017. The station will be relocated to the parking lot west of Memorial Park on Esquimalt Road within the next several weeks, and re-open once electrical and communication services are in place for its operation. In addition, due to the increasing demand for the electric vehicle charging station, a user fee of $1.00 per hour will come into effect beginning July 1, 2017.
