Tried both this app and the Shell app, couldn't connect to any of the charge stations.

Also unable to charge. And there are 8 plugs but only 4 spots for cars. Don’t get fooled. Downloaded the new app, changed countries, called support who tried to start it from where they were and nothing. Total waste of time and energy. Please do better Shell.

Useless. Could not connect with their dopey app. Waste of time. Another driver in a Tesla couldn’t charge either. On the phone with support for 20 minutes, downloaded the app 3 times, logged in a dozen times. Useless. Avoid.
