Charging is free, limit is 4 hours. Parking is free for the 1st hour then $1 after (may be less if parking for the whole day). I charge for 4 hrs and pay $3 for the parking. Really grateful to have these free level 2 charging spots in Maple Ridge! Thank you!

can anyone help identify how the charging here works? you pay for parking in the underground parking but charging is free? Also, what is the limit on charging in 1 go (number of hours) if i pay for the whole day's parking?
