The staff was helpful and got 40kW constant power output

The power output is usually around 15kW and drops to 8KW if there’s multiple vehicles charging at the same time.

Second time today Journie app yold me the station was fully available and on attendance one plug was being used (Perhaps that car had just arrived) but the other two were under service with technicians on site working on the charger. BOOO. to on the run and Journie app for failing to show the charger offline AGAIN. twice within 10 minutes at two different stations. If you are travelling I strongly recommend against relying on the On the run network for your travels.

The chargers work but cannot maintain anything close to advertised speeds. My cars battery started at 28 percent and within 5 minutes charge speed dropped off to 19kw/h and was only at 35 percent. I know the car is fine and is about 6 months old. These chargers are free for an introductory period but at this rate I will not pay a per minute charge for this kind of speed.

Maybe working bugs out of a new system/station but 9kw/h is pretty slow for a charger that is supposed to be capable of 150kw/h. its free currently but if they plan to charge per minute for that speed ill pass.
