One has a broken latch and can't be uses. The other one can't connect/charge unless you use a rock to keep it in place.

Problems connecting but finally connected by physically pushing their connector button up. Then no more than 3 Kw flowing and after 15 minutes no juice was added. Disconnected and left. Tried at RR and no problem. Connection clicked right away and flow was normal Kw. So not a car problem.
