it took me multiple attempts on both different charging stations and I still could not connect until ii phoned tech support. it took tech support a few minutes but now I am connected and charging. however, it wasted quite a bit of time connecting up. so next time I will just use the nearby free 50 KW charger at the Boulder Creek rest area a few minutes away
