I charged here last week and had to pay $2 per hour. It took a while, but they try hard. They have to go online and get a code from libertyplugin, the California company that operates the charger, every time someone wants to charge.

This is a Sun County Highway charger that requires the staff to generate a code for you. It is free to charge.

I tried to use this charger today. It is run by Liberty Plugins. It does not accept credit cards. After spending quite a bit of time at the station and on the phone, it appears that Gitanmaax Food and Fuel will give out or sell codes that allow EVs to charge from the station. This is not working so far. People at the station were very friendly and eager to help, but could not make it happen.
