Charging is much slower than advertised. I charge in Colwood at the type of charger and get 2x the speed. not quite right but it works.

I’ve experienced multiple issues here, switched chargers even, and still had problems activating with “Flo”. The real issue I have is that despite 180 Kw advertised, my ioniq 5 was only getting 45 Kw ! Despite it being at 50% charge. I’ve used chargers in Victoria, less than 180 Kw and gotten better and faster charges. There was only one other car at the time of charging

none of these stations were working even though this app shows that six were available. this is incredibly frustrating to people and part of the reason why people won't buy electric cars. this is my first time using the app and you have given me a very bad taste in my mouth with this experience
