For most Shell stations you must plug the connector in the car first and then starts the charge in the app. But some Shell stations are the opposite... Help others by sharing your experience in the "Comments" section. Please report steps taken for a successful start.

33312-1 (CCS) isn't working the last 2 days. The 33311-1 (CCS) is working fine.

This is my second time at this charger with my 2026 Kia EV9 with native NACS port. I used a CCS1 to NACS adapter. The first time, I used the Shell app, and this time I used the ChargeHub app, both of which worked fine, though the ChargeHub app is a little less cumbersome. Charger is rated for 50 kW. I was getting 48.7 to 49.3 kW at curve peak. Worked well. Would recommend.

Had to call in to shell for them to reboot it but then it worked fine!

33311 is currently down and not talking to vehicles. Fortunately the other charger freed up just as I arrived, 33312 is working perfectly.

Charger 33311 is much slower than the other one. This charger only charging at about 25 Kw compared to the other which charged at 45kw+.

Plug the car in first and then open the app. Charger was charging at around 48kw which is nice. Took about an hour to charge from empty to 80%.

DC fast with a Tim Hortons. Convenient to access, a little pricier than some places but I'm getting 31kW.
