The operational spot is ICE’ed. One of the remaining two non-operational spots is also ICE’ed. Very unfortunate. It would be possible to charge from 2 of the 3 spots but both possible spots are ICE’ed of course. :(

when I showed up, noticed all charge cords were cut right at the machine end. notified the library employee. very unfortunate!
