Both ports are working. Doesn’t seem like there is a time limit for the EV parking spaces, but you can use the station to see how long someone has been there. Since there are no other chargers working in the area, I was able to see that one car was fully charged after 4.5+ hours plugged in, so I unplugged it to charge up my car (in truly desperate need).
