Used charge point app to find location, connect, and start charging. Well-lit location near airport, across from a McDonald's

I was able to activate Port 2 of 2 using this ChargeHub App. Free. Charging at 7kWH/30A/230V. Located in the North-East corner of the lot. It was a little difficult to find at first since it is not lit up much and the EV charging signs look like No-Parking signs. Upon closer, it says No-Parking except for electric vehicles.

Screen is blank. Does not respond to app nor to ChargePoint card. Reported the issue to ChargePoint via their app.
