I was charged a $0.25 fee for not unplugging the charger from my car, only a minute after stopping the charge through the app. I was waiting for a new driver to start their session. There isn't a grace period.

The first plug (combo plug - CHA & CCS1) wasn’t clicking into/locking into port. Wouldn’t charge for my passenger side port. Another vehicle came with a front port and was able to use it. If you need secure/tight connection, use the double CCS1 plug, not the combo plug.

None of the stations are working. One starts and then immediately stops charging. The other one has a defective card reader.

Chargers are on the Southeast side of the parking lot. Takes both the app and credit cards. Easy access from Route 24, or the Route 1 southbound lanes.
