Winrock Sublevel Parking Bornes de Recharge

I stopped here Tuesday, May 17th around 11am and over half the charging stations were blocked by non-EV drivers who were likely trying to get a better parking spot for work. One person was blocking two spots. It's hard to use the stations when they're all blocked.
