Station ID 52383B is occupied by two gasoline vehicles that are blocking access to the charging station. Station ID 52375B is occupied by two Anne Arundel County fleet EVs that are not charging. Station ID 52386B is displaying plaintext bootup information on the screen. Plugged in and it started charging immediately without any authentication. Defaulting to free vend apparently. Reported these issues to Shell Recharge station support via email.
