this is a library parking lot, charge stations have been littered with used condoms for months, probably not a coincidence that the small dumpster that is 3 ft away has a locked padlock preventing patrons from disposing of any garbage items...like their used condoms

Station ID 52207A, connector 2 is out of service. Message displayed on screen is: “No MCU Communication For assistance please contact customer service.” The RFID card readers do not work on Stations 52207A and 52214A. Must use app. Reported the issue to Shell Recharge customer support via email.
