Slow but better than most

a little hard to find. but changing good

After initiating a charge session, I got a card read error. It seems to give the error while verifying my payment details. In about 1 min, the screen indicated to plug in and charging began. Worked perfectly.

Chargers are throttled back to 50kwh but the one I used worked great. The slower charge gave me time to enjoy a fantastic cup of coffee at Port City Java, very near the parking garage.

Had a little trouble to begin with. App said In Use when one station was free. Finally got charging underway, but while we walked around the charging stopped (after about 10 minutes.). Came back to what I thought would be a full charge but was only at 44%. Started over and this time it worked perfectly. 80% in under 30 minutes.

3 of 4 charging stations have 100% full vehicles. Have been waiting 1.5-2 hr. There's no nearby parking spots to wait and no other fast charging stations nearby in Wilmington. Am hoping to get a spot and have a successful charging experience soon.

Love this location. Have charged here several times.
