I charged here during a weekday around 2pm and it wasn't too busy. Used my chargepoint card and successfully charged (app never works for me). It was free though no amenities of any kind. The free chargepoint chargers are in the front and back. The back one didn't work because the one I was trying to use had the clip that connects to the adapter broken so just used the one in the front. They're installing a bunch of new chargers from different companies so hopefully these stay free. Not the fastest but enough in a pinch. Right across from Lowes in the Amazon hub warehouse.

Amazon warehouse. There is no Costco here.
