The Flo rep. suggested it is a problem with our vehicle. I informed him that we had successfully charged our vehicle at home last night using a L2 charger.

Both L2 chargers were unable to communicate with our 2025 Mazda PHEV. After talking with Flo’s customer service rep. and having them re-boot the charger, and unsuccessfully attempting to charge, we moved the vehicle to the other spot and tried again. Neither charger was able to communicate with our vehicle.
