Charger port 1 (left) is not working

I think charger 1 is broken, prompts to plugin but does not recognize that it is plugged in. Business sign says public charging after 5pm on weekdays unless you are there for the business itself. Probably no restrictions on saturday and sunday since theyre not open though.
