Did a 2 hour stay at Timmys. Plugged in with our 120/16 amp portable charger. Better than a normal 15 amp outlet. Got about 14% charge in that time. You will need your own portable EVSE plug to use this location.

4 parking stalls are provided for EV charging. There are two posts each with 2 120 v plugs on each side for a total of 8. Three of these 4 banks are "off" We asked the Tim's staff about this and they said the City provided the charging gear in lieu of a drive thru. They had to ask the manager about turning on all 4 banks. No answer yet. At least one of the 4 banks was working. There is a key control above each outlet so you can tell if it is on or off.
