Charger does not work. Stayed at the hotel Sept 12-15, 2024 and tried to use charger numerous times to no avail. Front desk staff were of no help and had no knowledge about EV chargers

This is no longer a public charging station according to the front desk person in charge named Laura.

This speaks very poorly for this major hotel chain to have someone so rude and unkind at the front desk.we owe it to each other to treat each other with kindness and respect.

The propriatress of this location was most unpleasant and scathing sounding plus indignant that i ought not expect to charge here even though the station is listed as public access available 24/7 unless i were to take a room in her hotel. I wonder if the sun country charger might have been installed as part of a government/industry program and there could be a legal question involved
