I had a negative experience. It seems a few Tesla owners have reported that the CHAdeMO refuses to function with the adapter and gives error 100. I had exactly the same experience.

Pulled and was charging in under 5 min. Convenient and easy!

Charging for Tesla S, with adapter for tesla appeared to go well, green light, after a half hour however there were no miles added to the vehicle. Tried the other charger, same result. Drove off to a supercharger about twenty miles away, got a full charge no problem.
