You do need the tesla app to charge. They have both Tesla and SAE J1772 adapters.

Anyone can use these chargers, hotel guests and no hotel guests alike. It is not free charging though. There are 8 total stations available! They do not take your license plate for non-guests like the last comment says.

We modified the station access to be restricted and not public and also add a note in the description of the station.
