2024 ioniq 5 need charging with 10% left. Had to phone BCHydro rep to use 350 kWh charger. Needed to downloading BCHydro app from Apple Store BCHydro first to then be talked though set up for a customer account first and to add funds to the account. On app, needed to open the 3 lines button to get to the Filter screen which had an area for adding money to the account. The BCHydro rep was extremely helpful and patient though my call. Finally able to get 350 kWh charger to access and download the power for car. Thanks to a great rep!
