not public refused to move ice car. then agent checked and it was public do they moved the vehicle. yay.

Charger on southwest corner of the building. Screen on ChargePoint is out, but if you check-in on the app, and tap your phone on the device reader for contactless payment (no-charge), the plug will release and initiate energy flow.
