CCS (436) on the right is still offline. Why do these things never get any service?. hardest part of having an EV is unreliable charging away from home. very frustrating. Not very fast. 49 kW

Right charger works. we had trouble with the left charger - tried app and credit card - both today and yesterday. So did the person who charged before us. However, the person who arrived after us used the app on the left charger and she got it to work.

Left charger appears to work. Charger on the right says offline and will not start.
