It's paid parking, but the chargers are available at no cost. Plenty of chargers were available on saturday at lunch time. There are more (than the reported 8) stations - each with a 30A L2 J1772 charger. I counted 4 on the 1st floor (+1 handicapped), 5 on the 3rd floor, and 4 on the 4th floor. I'll submit a photo of the parking rates (yellow sign)
