you can use the chargehub app here but only the far right 2 work. the service is spotty so I can only use the chargehub app and not the actual company app. if you have bad service drive around the parking lot near the building and you'll hit pockets of better reception. then just load the app and load the start charging page up before you head back over to the charger. it's dumb but it works

Uses the EV Connect app, and reception in area on Verizon is terrible. Couldn’t download the app to make it work, no pay option on machine.

I have only tried to use the charge hub app to connect and I couldn't so I got the app for this specific connector. it's a really laggy app and this area has bad service so it's difficult to get the app to load.
