Could not get charger to start per app. Did not engage as usual. Tried three times and was locked out so had to travel to another station (broken of course), then on to a Ford dealership where I could not use my charge hub funds. At least their charge station worked!! Could not have gotten home and been stranded on Charleston WV.

Charge slower than expected. Charge hub app wouldn't start charger. Need money refunded.
