3309 is broken and inoperable.

This is the worst charger I have ever used. Only one charger is operational, and it took over 10 minutes to start charging because the app and the charger weren't syncing with each other. Skip this charger if you can. It is straight garbage.

Used charger 3310 (the one on the right, closer to road) today. Worked great - no issues or concerns.

one charger is out of order and the other one has a dealer car plugged in and is full. it's been plugged in for over an hour and nobody is here.

the app runs poorly. the connectors don't sync well. the display doesn't even tell you that it's started.
