The Tesla app claims that this charger site is compatible with Kia EV9. I kept getting errors and couldn’t charge here. Had this issue with other Tesla locations Clapton be compatible

This location claims to be compatible with Kia and other makes however, it kept giving me errors. It wouldn’t charge very frustrating. Had this problem with other superchargers they were supposed to compatible with Kia from the Kia website.
