Walmart 1889 (Island City, OR) EV Charging Stations

We have charged here frequently in the past few years. Tesla and Rivian ok. Clean bathrooms in the Walmart. Big well lit parking lot. T-Mobile Verizon US cellular Pizza Hut hardware store, panda express all within walking distance. It’s a convenient place to stop on a road trip.

Electrify America chargers. 150 and 350. Only one vehicle can charge at a time, even though there are two handles

350kw station failed on both cables. All 3 150kw stations were working.

Charging still limited by station. Initially 200kwhr then dropped to 165kwhr when another car arrived. Is this normal?
