I’d like to know why these charging stations don’t work what sense does it make.

I’ve had a problem several time at this charger saying that it is “disconnected.” I’ve called charged pointe every time and they’ve never been able to fix it. Really disappointing as an EV driver as it is supposed to be made more convenient. I do consider this to be a reliable charger. charger
