so the handle is broke on the charger. but there are instructions to get it to work. I charged there are week ago and it was fully charged by the time I came out of a concert. I added pictures to this listing.

tried to charge here and two cars were blocking spots, not charging. very frustrating. MOCO should ticket for this.
