Station ID 43373 appears online in the Shell Recharge app. However, when attempting to charge via the app, it times out and this message appears: “Error The server took too long to respond. Please try again.” Tried multiple times. The charger also does not respond to a Shell Recharge RFID card. Reported the issue to Shell Recharge customer support via email.

I tried for 20 mins to get the level 3 chargers to connect. I tried using the Shell app and trying the ChargeHub App neither would connect. I was able to move over and use the level 2 charger. Worked immediately
