New charging unit "DILLON" C11451, has replaced the defective DONATELLO. So this 50kW DCFC station is back in operation. :)

Working, but it had a 3 foot deep snow pile in front of the charger. I sank up to my knees in the snow climbing over the snow mound to plug in. Seemed to run very slow for a charger that is priced per min. I only got 20 kWh and it got as low as 12 kWh.

Ooops, Donatello has been up since my last report, but it was down again today. I reported the error to EVgo customer service. When they could not restart the machine remotely, they put in a repair ticket. It is marked as under repair on EVgo.com.

I met a fellow Leaf driver at SWIC today that mentioned that the EVgo at Shiloh (DONATELLO) wouldn't work for him. I visited Plugshare and noticed several recent comments to that effect. There was also post from EVgo Support about the issue dated Sept 3, 2019, but the EVgo page itself doesn't say anything about the error..
