Station didn’t work. I called the number on the piece of equipment and was told that it is not available for the public to use.

Two dispensers at left side of front parking lot near service. (southeast corner). Parking spaces reserved for charging. 24hr access. Dispenser number 2 (Joule) had blank screen, but I activated through the charge hub app successfully.

Unable to charge my VW ID4. Contacted customer support and they were unable to assist. Claim d is was a private charging site! Down loaded the requested Ford Pass and it would not recognize my vehicle. Asked staff at dealership, they tried but could not get it work. Beware unless you are driving a Ford EV
