The city raised the rate from 0.25 cents to 0.35 cents per kWh just the other day. That is a 36% rate hike. So your telling me electricity went up 36%... That is the equivalent of your home electric bill going from say $250 for a month to almost $400. At that rate electricity costs more than gasoline. My volt gets the same miles from 1 gallon of gas as it gets from a full battery charge. It costs more than $6.00 to charge my battery and gas is only $4.50. that is a huge jump in price. Why not 10% or 15%? ScreW you city of SCV. DONT CHARGE AT THEIR CHARGERS ANYMORE. STAND UP AND DO THE RIGHT THING FOR EVERYONE NOT JUST YOURSELF.
