Entering a negative experience with the second time that I was here the app did not work. The car was charging because my car app told me it was. I let it go. I finish charging when I get home. I see that they overcharged me. You call CUSTOMER SERVICE and it takes three days for them to get back to you since they are in France. I’m here today using it the third time only because I already loaded my wallet today. I made sure I plugged the car first then I started the app today. It is working so I can see how much I’m being charged. I’m not happy with this. I’m waiting for them to call me to see if they’re gonna give me my money back otherwise I’m gonna find another charging app and stations.

This is my second time charging at this location. Yesterday I had a great experience, but today has been completely different. The app doesn’t seem to be working. It’s not showing that my car is charging, it’s not showing my charging session, and it’s not showing the cost. The only reason I know my car is actually charging is because my car’s app confirms that it is. My biggest issue today, though, is this location itself. There are a lot of people just hanging out here, and several charging spaces are being occupied by cars that aren’t even charging. I’m not sure if this has become a hangout spot or what’s going on, but it makes it difficult for people who actually need to charge their vehicles. I hope the app issues get fixed and that this location is monitored better to keep charging spots available for EV drivers.

I plugged in then I started on the app the id is on the machine in the middle right above the screen I pre loaded the wallet (perfect) and started charging took a while to show in the app the charge info but once it did it’s smooth my first time using this app I’m going to pay for the annual subscription

None of the pumps work! They are all broken 12/13/25
